Shipping Policy
Mia Cloth ships orders throughout the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please contact info@miacloth.com if you are outside of the continental US and would like to purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after full payment has been received. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for order processing and shipment. Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information if available through USPS.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with their order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Mia Cloth. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, shipping and delivery are subject to the carrier's schedules, policies, and any unforeseen delays.
Mia Cloth is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather events, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Mia Cloth is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Mia Cloth as soon as possible. We will work with USPS to assist in resolving the issue; however, claims related to lost or damaged shipments may be subject to USPS policies and procedures.
