Refund policy
Returns, Claims & Refund Policy
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery. If you believe an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to your order, you must notify Mia Cloth in writing within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Claims should be submitted via email and include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs when applicable.
After seven (7) days from delivery, products will be considered accepted and no claims for visible defects, damage, shortages, or order discrepancies will be accepted.
Mia Cloth also warrants its products against manufacturing defects that could not reasonably be identified upon delivery. Claims for such defects must be submitted within seven (7) days of discovery and no later than thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Mia Cloth reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or other issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized alterations, normal wear and tear, accidents, or events beyond Mia Cloth's reasonable control.
No products may be returned without prior written authorization from Mia Cloth. Approved returns must be shipped in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise authorized in writing. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Refunds
If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, Mia Cloth may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the product;

Repair the product, if applicable;

Issue store credit; or

Refund the original purchase price of the defective or non-conforming product.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and do not include original shipping charges unless the return is the result of a verified manufacturing defect or an error made by Mia Cloth. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Mia Cloth's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the repair, replacement, store credit, or refund of the affected product. Mia Cloth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, installation costs, or other related expenses.
Mia Cloth reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the validity of all claims, returns, and refund requests.
